-> Issuance of an Invoice: sending of client’s business registration certificate ->registered mailing of an invoice (exemption of VAT)

1. Please call us after filling out an on-line estimate.
2. For the highest quality service possible, please make a reservation at least one week in advance to assure that the most appropriate interpreter is selected and to allow adequate time for the pre-dispatch training and preparation of interpreters.
3. If you have any question please call us anytime.
4. For the best possible service, please indicate the date, period, contents and types of interpretation and number of participants.
5. When the total fee is less than US $ 500 (GBP 278), the interpretation fee should be fully prepaid in full and when the fee is US $ 500 (GBP 278) and over, 40% of the fee should be prepaid.
6. For the best possible service please send relevant data in advance.
7. C-ITIS is exempted from VAT. An invoice is sent by registered mail.
